Terms and Conditions — RD e-MallWelcome to RD e-Mall, managed by Cahaya Desy Enterprise (Malaysia). By accessing our store and placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1) General
We sell products through our online store and ship internationally where available.
Product images are for reference. Packaging/design may vary slightly due to manufacturer updates or batch changes.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates apply from the date they are published.
2) Product Information
We aim to provide accurate descriptions, photos, and specifications.
If you are unsure about compatibility, ingredients, sizing, or any detail, please contact us before ordering.
All purchases are made based on the product title, description, and photos shown on the listing.
3) Orders & Payment
Orders are processed after payment is received and confirmed.
We may cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock, restricted for shipping, or if we cannot ship to your location.
4) Shipping & Handling
Orders are typically shipped within 24 business hours after payment is received (excluding weekends/public holidays).
Tracking numbers are provided for all orders.
We offer Economy or Express shipping depending on the item and destination:
Economy: estimated 14–21 working days
Express: estimated 5–10 days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier performance, destination location, peak seasons, weather, or customs processing.
5) Customs, Duties & Taxes (VAT)
Import duties, taxes, VAT, and any additional customs/courier fees are not included in the item price or shipping fee unless explicitly stated.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Customs clearance delays are outside our control. By ordering, you accept that customs processing may extend delivery time.
6) Address Accuracy
Buyers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address and contact number (where required by the carrier).
We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
7) Undelivered / Returned-to-Sender Parcels
A parcel may be returned to us due to:
wrong or incomplete address,
failed delivery attempts,
refusal to pay customs duties/taxes,
failure to collect from customs or carrier,
restrictions imposed by destination customs.
In these cases:
Reshipping (if requested) will require the buyer to pay the new shipping cost.
If a refund is approved, it may be reduced by shipping/return charges and any non-refundable fees charged by the carrier.
8) Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows “Delivered”:
Please check with household members/neighbors and contact your local carrier first.
We can provide tracking and supporting details, but once the carrier confirms delivery, we may not be able to offer compensation.
9) Returns & Refunds (14 Days)
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility:
Item(s) must be unopened, unused, and in mint condition.
You must contact us first to receive return instructions before shipping any return.
Return shipping:
Return shipping and handling costs are paid by the buyer.
Refunds:
Original shipping fees paid to deliver the item are non-refundable.
If eligible, refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
Returns that are opened, used, damaged, or not in resalable condition may be refused.
10) Cancellations
If you request cancellation, please do so as soon as possible.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy (if eligible).
11) Limitation of Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our control, including customs delays, carrier disruptions, weather events, or destination restrictions.
We will always support customers with tracking information and reasonable assistance.
